Includes a set of matching matte black aluminum scope rings. The scope rings will fit scopes with a 1" tube diameter and objective diameter up to 50mm. The installation for this mount requires that you replace the original bolt lock cover plate with a new cover plate. This mount includes the new bolt lock cover plate. Place the mount on the side of the new cover plate and use the large knurled knob to attach the mount to your rifle. Then fasten down 2 allen head screws which tighten the mount securely against the rifles receiver and finally tighten 2 more set screws that prevent any of the mounting hardware from coming loose. This mount makes an extremely durable platform that will withstand heavy duty use under most any conditions. Will fit the Ruger Mini-14, Mini-30, AC-556 and Ranch Rifles.
